Improvements to email
Since SAM was introduced, we have sent assessment invitation emails in plain text. The latest update to SAM sees the introduction of HTML, or rich text. To ensure all your candidates are able to receive your invitations, we send in a format that also includes a plain text version for those whose email software cannot display HTML.
This change will prevent the most common support problem we face: candidates unable to start their assessments because their unique assessment links have wrapped onto a second line in their email.
In addition, we’ve added a small note to the foot of each email explaining that the message was sent on behalf of the SAM administrator and replies should be directed to the administrator and not Selector.
