What is Selector Insight Interview?
- It’s a fast, inexpensive add-on* to Selector Insight. Using the Selector Insight scores, Selector Insight Interview generates (within 30 seconds) candidate-specific questions that relate to that person’s strengths and weaknesses.
What is its value?
- Each set of Selector Insight Interview questions relates to the individual candidate you have assessed, giving you the ability to make a more thorough examination of that person’s profile—and, in turn, a far more accurate decision as to their worth. Used to compare multiple candidates, it provides a greatly enhanced picture of each one’s suitability. And it comes at a cost of just $30.
What are the benefits?
- Generates ‘probing’ questions you may otherwise not have considered asking, and which your interviewee is least likely to expect
