Selector Resilience

Selector Resilience assesses resilience to stressors. The Resilience scores summarise an individual’s tendency to have physical reactions, anxiety or a desire to disengage from the cause of the stress, and the tendency to become distracted from the task at hand when under pressure.

The onus of workplace health and safety has been placed on employers and organisations, therefore it is important that companies are aware of the impact that stressors and high stress situations can have on their employees.

Selector Resilience gives you insight into how your candidates are likely to react to stressors and this, in turn, enables you to implement effective stress support systems.
