SPA Questionnaire
This is your choice if you need to distribute the SPA Questionnaire to candidates by floppy disc or email. It has been designed to fit on a standard 1.44 MB floppy disc.
This download contains a self-extracting Windows Installer Package that will install all the candidate needs to complete the SPA Questionnaire.
(If unable to download from the link, above, right-click this link and choose the “Save Link As” or “Save Target As” option and save with a file name of “spa.msi”).
Please note: this download does not include any of the administration tools, such as SPA Converter and SPA Analyzer. For those, you must download the larger SPA Suite, below.
Note also that the SPA Questionnaire requires a PC running Microsoft® Windows® 95, 98, 98SE, ME, NT 4.0, 2000 or XP.
If the candidate’s computer runs running Microsoft® Windows® NT, 2000 or XP they must have administrator rights in order to both install and complete the questionnaire.

- SPA Administrator
- SPA Questionnaire
- SPA Converter
- SPA Analyzer
