We have introduced multifactor authentication (MFA) to our services. This means, to access your account, you will need access to the email address associated with your username. This will help to protect your account from unauthorised access.
MFA is a security feature that requires you to use a second authentication method to access your account.
Initially this will be a code sent to the email address associated with your account. In the future we intend to add other methods such authenticator apps and SMS.
If each of the account’s users has access to the email address then you should be fine. If you share your account with someone who does not have access to the email address then you will need to add them as an administrator to your account. You can do this from the Administrators tab in the Settings within SAM.
